Fast Food

Ten years ago people used to eat healthy food with their families in the home. Today many people prefer to eat fast food such as hamburgers, fried chicken or pizza.

There are many advantages of eating fast food instead of the food made at home. One of these advantages is that many people are working long hours and they don’t have time to find prepared food. Also when people go travelling they mostly eat fast food.

The disadvantages of fast food are more than the advantages of fast food. Fast food not good for health because some fast food maybe uncooked, also it is oily and sometimes the restaurants use the oil more than one time, When people eat fast food they get too fat, and many get serious diseases as a result of fat .

It would be good if people could control themselves and not eat fast food more than two times a week to make sure that they stay healthy.

Face Book

Nowadays we have more than one site for social networking sites, like Facebook, net log, hi5 and other similar sites. It’s a recent trend, not very old and most of people are young not old people.   

Facebook is a famous one and most of people use it. It gives you achance to speak with groups of people around the world, also it have advantages and some disadvantages. The advantages are:-we can communicate with people globally, for example: I have some friend in anther countries and it is easier to me to communicate with them at the same time and don’t lose money, also we can share some photo with them, and give them my ideas for something. Also some student uses it to complete their work for college.

On other hand Facebook have some disadvantages like waste a time when we use it. lsAo some people use it in bad way and write wrong information and some of them steal photos.

In my opinion Facebook is a good site when we use it in the right way, also when we use it in short time, and use for our study.

Mohammed bin Sulayem

Mohammed bin Sulayem was born in 12 November 1961. He was from United Arab Emirates. He is from Dubai. He is married and has 7 boys.Sulayem is an alumnus of the American university, located in Washington where he majored in political science. He is a business man and loves cars very much. He won 58 international rally races. Moreover he is the only driver in the Middle East who won the rally 12 times. He has a lot of cars. Sulayem has yet to officially announce his retirement from rally sport. While his official name is Mohammed Ben Sulayem he is commonly referred to as Mohammed bin Sulayem.

He is currently FIA Vice President for Sport, is President of the Automobile and Touring Club of the United Arab Emirates and as such has been appointed by the FIA and FIM as the official representative to oversee all motorsports events in the UAE. He is also Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge, formerly the UAE Desert Challenge, a race that he launched in 1991. The event has since become the first round of the FIA Cross-Country Rally World Cup.
As the owner of Ben Sulayem Performance, he and his team have been noted for creating super-high performance modifications to a variety of sports and luxury cars.

On April 9, 2009 while he was racing  car – in a drag race against the series  champion Romain grojean  , who was driving a Ford GT , at an exhibition at the Dubai autodrome,  Sulayem lost control of the vehicle under acceleration and crashed into the pit wall, causing extensive damage to the car. He was uninjured in the incident^. But thanks god he still live.

My Work Experience

My work placement was in one big company in UAE. It has many branches in UAE. This company gives service for people, it is Carrefour. I worked there for two months. I got a lot of skills that will help me in my future career. Also I learned how to communicate with customers easily.

The main things that I learned from my work experience were dealing with others easily, work in a group and gave my view without fear and how to manage my time. Also I learned what real work condition are like.

I hope to work at this company because it’s a big and famous company in my city. Also if I have a chance to work there I will have a chance to apply all my studies at college.  In addition I will communicate with lot of people from different nationalities.

United Arab Emirates Father

Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan he was born in Al-Ain 1918 he was a President of the United Arab Emirates. He was very kindly and friendly with other countries presidents.

Throughout his life he was thinking how all the countries becomes one hand, and he meets with many presidents for different countries discuss world issues and give solutions.

Also he won many prizes and medals. For example, in 1988 was chosen to be a man of the year In Paris. Moreover in 2000 was chosen to be a man of the environment that is not all Zayed medals they have many.

As I see Sheikh Zayed's death a loss for the whole world not only for the people of the UAE

College

I study at The Higher College of Technology. I like my college life and I enjoy it. Every day when I wake up from sleep I am so excited, and I think what will happen in college with my friends and my teachers.

I like to be in college because I like the time when I am with my friends. We learn together and help each other in our studies or in other things for example: - we help each other to improve our hobbies, “my friends and I help each other in the Photoshop program”.

Moreover I enjoy my time when I talk with my teachers, which is really a good staff and we are lucky because they teach us.  

 Really I don’t want to leave the college, and I will complete my study to be with my friends and my teachers for a few more years.
